Leiopython (White-lipped python)
Leiopython, also commonly known as White-lipped python is one of the non-venomous pythonid snake species among the other 6 kinds that can be found in New Guinea. Depending on the region, they can grow up to 213cm in the north side of the area while they can reach up to a whooping 300cm long in the south part of the area. They do not have any patterns like other snakes except that they have light markings on their bodies that for some reason do not apply to the southern white-lipped python. Their color schemes are usually in brownish violet fading to yellowish ventrally or blackish-blue fading to gray. Oddly enough, they are known to regurgitate fur balls like cat, except that this known as 'casting' instead.
